Ingredients
2 1/2 cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond or other Non-Dairy Milk
2 cups Pitted Dates
2/3 cup Chia Seeds
6 Tbs Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 Tbs Vanilla Extract
Nonfat Dairy-Free Whipped Topping (optional)
Directions

1. Pour almond milk into ice cube trays. Freeze 8 hours or until solid.

 

2. Place dates in a food processor or high-speed blender; process until finely chopped. Add almond milk ice cubes, chia seeds, cocoa powder and vanilla; pulse until creamy and smooth.

 

3. Spoon into individual bowls. If desired, top each bowl with whipped topping, sprinkle with additional cocoa powder, and serve.
